Farmdev: Python 3.0 On Mac OS X (alongside 2.6, 2.5, etc)

./configure --enable-framework MACOSX_DEPLOYMENT_TARGET=10.5 --with-universal-archs=all

This enables 64bit support with framework build. Also, this points the Current version for the Python framework to 3.0. Need to manually override that if one requires older versions.
